Bugs Monkey is a software development agency run by engineers, not account managers. We partner with founders and product teams to build web apps, Shopify stores, and custom platforms that actually go live.

We started as a two-person WordPress shop and grew by solving problems our clients couldn't find other agencies to tackle — complex integrations, performance-critical platforms, and products that needed to launch fast and scale later.
Today we work across the full stack — Node, Next.js, NestJS, Laravel, Shopify, Flutter — but the ethos hasn't changed: ship working software, keep the client in the loop, and don't over-engineer.
Every project has a named engineer as the primary contact, not a project manager who relays messages. You talk to the person building it.

We spend the first few days understanding your users, your constraints, and what done actually looks like. We write it down and you approve it before a line of code is written.

Schema design, API contract, tech stack, and deployment plan — all documented and shared before build starts. No surprises in sprint 6.

Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one. You test on staging, we fix what's wrong, and we move to the next sprint only when you're happy.

Staged rollout, monitoring setup, and a 60-day hypercare period where critical issues are fixed same-day. After that we offer monthly retainer support.
