Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, case study descriptions, and code samples — is owned by Bugs Monkey or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use where a clear attribution to Bugs Monkey is provided.
Client work
Case studies and project descriptions featured on this Site describe work carried out for clients. The underlying deliverables (code, designs, content) remain subject to the intellectual property terms agreed in the relevant client contract. We have either received permission to feature the work or have sufficiently anonymised it.
Enquiries and Contact Forms
Submitting a contact form or booking a discovery call does not constitute entering into a contract with Bugs Monkey, and does not create any obligation on our part to provide services. A binding agreement only exists once a written project agreement or statement of work has been signed by both parties.
